Recognised and valued Cracow Chef. He gained his experience in London restaurants Zafferano and Locanda Locatelli, both awarded with the Michelin star. He was selected Traditional Cuisine Chef 2015 by Gault&Millau Poland. The Chef specialises in traditional Polish cuisine in a modern and light version. His signature dishes include, among others, wild game.

Is a very talented Sommelier as well as a top class manager. He developed his craft working in recognized London and Cracow restaurants. Michal’s trademark is the absolute highest standard of service while exceeding guest expectations. Currently, as the Deputy General Manager at Pod Nosem, he not only proves to be a genuine leader but also an expert when it comes to wines and alcohols from around the world. Privately, he is a big football fan and loves Austrian wines.
For many years Andrzej is a part of the Cracow hospitality life as knowledgeable Sommelier and experienced manager. His speciality is wine paring. If you should happen to come across Andrzej during your visit at Pon Nosem, you can be sure he will suggest the ideal wine to compliment your dining experience. He not only approaches his work with a great passion but also in free time makes his own wines and liqueurs based on old, traditional Polish recipes passed on through generations.
